Zelma Mary Petersen
April 17, 1930 - Febuary 9, 2007
Zelma was such a loving and caring person. From the first time I had met her she had loving open arms. She has been a big part of our life and will remain in our hearts. Zelma came from a huge family and then grew to have a family of her own. She has touched so many lives more than anyone knows. Matt and I love Zelma with all our heart and she will always be remembered as the pizza queen. We were so thankful that zelma had the opportunity to come to our wedding. My wedding theme was butterflies. Zelma had came up to me on that day and gave me this beautiful butterfly and had told me that she has had it for many years and that she loved me and wanted me to have it. I was so proud to recieve that butterfly as a token of her love for matt and I both. I want her to know that she is now the butterfly in our lives and who watches over matt and I as well as her family. Zelma we love you with all our hearts and I know that everytime I see a butterfly born it's you telling us to be strong and enjoy life because you are there for us.
WE LOVE YOU

Zak and summer were also at the urban family christmas. These two are the cutest couple. They are so hilarious. We always have a blast.

We had our urban family christmas and I'm finally able to publish them on my blog. I have been trying to upload them for a while and finally got it to work. We had so much fun. Brenda had made turkey and stuffing and corn. It was great. Then we opened gifts from everyone. They are so much fun you never stop laughing. In these pictures are DeeDee, Brenda, myself, Katina, and katie. They are such a joy to be around 24 hours a day. I thank God everyday that he has given me such wonderful friends.

Well I finally did it I made something other than a scarf. The first is a purse that I knit I'm so excited to have finally completed the purse. I will wash it in hot water and then it will shrink to be about half the size it is now it's so cool. Then Katie wanted to put me to work on a new project when I was over at her house and I made a wash cloth which only took me about 2 hours to finish. I learned a lot from these projects. I learned how to cast off and cast back on for the purse handles and for the washcloth katie taught me how to overlay. I'm so excited so now my family will get lots and lots of washcloths haha! I know they are so excited. Katie had made the same purse and it turned out great. If you would like to see her purse you could on her site which is https://www.kaytwit.blogspot.com she does everything you can think of and more!!
