Well tonight Miss Wonder Woman Katie LOL taught me how to make quiche lerrain. Boy was it good. We just used our homemade pie crust in these little pie pans. Then on the bottom we filled them with onion, bacon, and shredded cheese. Then you mix eggs and cream in a bowl and then you pour it over the mixture of stuff and you bake it on 350 for 15 minutes. Or until the knife comes out clean. Oh was it delicious. I'm always learning something new with katie. She is so creative.

Well here it is lady and gents. Katie came over and we practiced making home made lemon meringue pie. Oh my it was so good and turned out so good. We even used real lemons and squeezed the juice from them. We were practicing because I'm going to make a couple for thanksgiving when my family all comes up to visit. I'm so excited for them to be here. My dad and brother just love this pie. MMMMMM!!!!!
